For RMAs

Though our RMA requests account for less than even 1%, for all the RMA request the user / customer needs to send us a quick simple email about the lamp issue, following which our customer service would contact the customer and guide you about the RMA process. Usually it takes about 04-05 days to complete the RMA request.
